What data we process
- Contact data you voluntarily send us by email (name, email address, message content).
- Technical data automatically collected by the hosting provider (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and diagnostics.

Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your requests — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract / request).
- Website security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Dissemination of the AAL-funded research project — Art. 6(1)(e)/(f) GDPR.
Data retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our hosting provider (data processor) and with consortium partners strictly for the purposes above.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@esticky.eu.
